None of our DVDs are coded therefore they will work with all DVD systems.
Video Formats NTSC and PAL
Unless otherwise stated our videos are in NTSC format and must be viewed with a NTSC compatible video player. The United States and Canada use the NTSC format. We also offer a wide variety of PAL videos for use in countries using PAL technology (UK, Hong Kong, Europe etc.). To check our PAL videos click on the PAL VIDEOS category in the left hand category list.
How do I find products on a particular sport? You can access any product on any particular sport from any page on the site. All you have to do is click on one of the main categories listed on the left-hand
side. Alternatively you can click on one of the horizontal sub categories under
each sport to refine your search. A keyword or catalog number may also be entered
in the search box to quickly check whether we carry specific items. For example
simply enter "world cup" to check all products related to the World Cup.
What if I can't find the product I'm looking for?
We are adding new products to our website all the time, but we welcome information on products
we might have missed. If you contact us we will do our best to get the product
for you. Simply click on the Contact Us link and enter any information on the
product you are seeking.
How can I keep up-to-date with new products?
We produce a monthly email newsletter for our customers. To be added to our e-mail list click on Contact Us and ask to be added to our e-mail newsletter.
If you have requested a catalogue you will be on our mailing list for future catalogues featuring new products. You can also click on New Releases to see the latest products.
How can I find out about special offers?
To see our selection click on Special Offers.
How can I get your latest catalog?
At the top of each page is a row of icons. Simply click on the one that says Free Catalogue, and fill in your details.
Ordering
How do I order a product from your site?
Your shopping cart displays the products you have selected. When you are ready to place your order just click on View Shopping Cart to review your order or go directly to our Secure Checkout.
Do I have to order via the web?
No. You can place your order by telephone, fax or mail.
Can I order as many products as I like?
You can order as many items as you choose. Each item you order will be displayed in your shopping cart so you can see what you are ordering as you search through the site.
If you are ordering from overseas and place an order. Your final total will not include shipping.
We will contact you to advise the total shipping which will be billed as a separate charge.
Do I need an login and or password to order from you?
You can simply enter an order by entering your country of origin. If you wish to register and obtain a login and password click on register on the left hand side and fill in the application form.
What if I don't know my login and password?
Your unique login and password has been created to make the ordering process quicker and easier. It allows us to find your details from our records. If you need confirmation of your login and password send us an e-mail by clicking on the "Forgot Your Password" button at the bottom left of the first page. However, you do not need your login and password to place an order. You may simply submit all the required details on the Order Form.
How do I check what is in my shopping cart?
Whatever you have in your shopping cart will be displayed when you click on View Shopping Cart at the upper right-hand side of the page.
Which forms of payment and credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment may also be made by check drawn from a US or Canadian bank account. We also accept money orders. Please allow 10 days for checks to clear before goods are shipped.
Are my credit card details secure?
We operate an authenticated secure site using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
Any details you transmit to us over the internet are encrypted so that they are secure. It is our policy that none of our customer details are kept on the web.
How do I know that my order has been received?
When you have submitted your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us that your order has been received. You may like to print this for your reference.
You will then receive an email from us to confirm that your goods have shipped. In most cases, we
fill orders in 48 hours. However, if there is a possibility of any delay, due to, for example, an item being temporarily unavailable, we will advise.
When will my credit card be charged?
We only process payment when goods are being packed for shipping.
Backorders
We make every effort to make sure all items are ready to ship. Occasionally some items are out of stock. Typically, we will ship the in stock items immediately and any backordered item(s) will be shipped ASAP. Regardless of how many separate shipments are required to fulfill your order, your shipping costs will remain the same. You will never be charged more for multiple shipments. When you pay with a credit card, backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
What do you do with my personal details?
We keep the information you give us although we do not store it online. We never give customer details to any third party.
What if I want to change my credit card details?
Just fill in the new details on your order form and we will update your customer details accordingly.
Will I be sent junk mail?
No. As stated above we never give customer details to any third party so you will not suddenly find yourself bombarded with things you have not asked for.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
If you want to change any aspects of your order or alter your details you can email, phone or fax us. Or you can use the Contact Us option.
What if I need to cancel an order?
You can email, phone or fax us to cancel your order. Or you can use the Contact Us option.
Are there any hidden costs or small print?
No. The prices you see on the website and on your confirmed order are what you pay.
Delivery
Are there any delivery charges?
Delivery is charged as specified at time of order. You may select three day or seven day delivery by courier service or select an option to have us quote by regular mail service. Customers with their own shipping accounts may select to have goods shipped collect. Customers that choose to ship collect will be responsible for paying for their own shipping and insurance costs.
Is there any way of reducing the cost of overseas postage and packing charges?
We always quote two options on overseas orders. Option A- the least expensive and Option B - the fastest delivery. We will contact you to confirm your selection before processing your order.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We pride ourselves on usually being able to fill an order within 48 hours, often less. If there is likely to be any delay due to the non-availability of an item
we will contact you.
How can I get my products the next day.
The only way to guarantee that your item(s) will arrive the following day is to contact us for a special overnight shipping quotation.
Can I send items to another address?
Yes. Many of our customers prefer to have goods delivered to their work address. Just complete the delivery address details on the order form.
What can I do if the book is damaged or faulty in any way?
We pack our items carefully and securely but occasionally a package may be damaged in transit. If this is the case you can return it and we will replace it.
What do I do if my goods do not arrive and how do I know if it has been shipped?
Occasionally shipments do take longer than they should to reach their destination. We keep precise details of every shipment. Simply Contact us if you think your shipment may be lost in transit.
Which delivery services do you use?
We ship by most major couriers, trucking companies and postal services including but not limited to DHL, FEDEX, SKYPAK, UPS, Purolator, US Postal Service, Canada Post etc.
What will happen to the package if I am not in when it is delivered?
All our shipments must be signed for. If nobody is available to receive the goods a card will be left by the courier service or postal service to advise that an attempt has been made to deliver. You will be advised where you may
pick up your goods or when the next delivery attempt will be made.
Do you send a receipt of payment with my order?
We send a copy of the invoice and credit card receipt with your order. This details your name and address, customer account number, specific order number, the items bought, all costs and your method of payment.
Exchanges/Returns
May I exchange products?
Videos, CD-Roms and DVDs
To return a video, CD-Rom or DVD for exchange or refund, merchandise must still be in its original, unopened shrink wrap. Unless defective, videos,CD-Roms and DVDs may not be returned after they have been opened. Defective videos, CD-Roms and DVDs can be replaced with the same title only.
Books
Unless defective, books may not be returned. Defective books will be exchanged for the same title only.
